Elevated API latency
API response times were elevated for approximately 25 minutes due to a database index rebuild. No data loss occurred. Resolved by pausing the rebuild and scheduling it during a maintenance window.
Email delivery delays
Appointment reminder emails were delayed by up to 2 hours due to a rate limiting issue with our email provider. Resolved by implementing a retry queue.
