Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build and scale MedAgento's core platform: Next.js frontend, Node.js backend, and AI integrations. 5+ years experience, strong TypeScript.
AI/ML Engineer
Design and improve our AI pipeline: clinical NLP, structured output generation, and model evaluation. Experience with LLM APIs and healthcare data preferred.
Product Designer
Design intuitive clinical workflows for doctors, staff, and patients. Healthcare or complex B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
Customer Success Manager
Onboard new practices, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction. Healthcare SaaS experience and empathy for clinical workflows required.
Sales Development Representative
Generate and qualify leads from medical practices. Healthcare industry knowledge and experience selling to physicians is a plus.
Technical Writer
Create and maintain documentation, help guides, and knowledge base articles. Technical background with ability to explain complex workflows simply.
