Yes. The app is free to download for both providers and patients. Providers need an active MedAgento subscription to access practice features. Patients can use the app at no cost.
Which devices are supported?
MedAgento is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad, iOS 16+) and Android (Android 12+). The app is optimized for both phones and tablets.
Is the mobile app HIPAA compliant?
Yes. The mobile app uses the same end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and audit logging as the web platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. Providers can view cached patient data, schedules, and recent messages without an internet connection. Changes are automatically synced when connectivity is restored.
