How long does it take to set up MedAgento?
Most practices are fully operational within 3-5 business days. The initial setup (creating your practice, inviting staff, configuring basic settings) takes about 15 minutes. Data migration and advanced configuration are handled by our onboarding team.
Do you offer video tutorials?
Yes. Every major feature has an accompanying video walkthrough. You can find them embedded in the relevant documentation pages, or browse our full video library on the Learning Center.
Can I get help with setup?
Every plan includes a dedicated onboarding specialist who will walk you through setup, data migration, staff training, and workflow configuration at no additional cost.
How often is documentation updated?
Documentation is updated with every product release. Major features include updated guides within 24 hours of launch. We also review and refresh all content quarterly.
Is there an API for custom integrations?
Yes. MedAgento provides a webhook system for building custom integrations. Integration support is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. See our integrations page for supported platforms.
Where can I report a documentation issue?
If you find an error or gap in our documentation, email docs@medagento.com or use the feedback button at the bottom of any docs page. We typically address feedback within 48 hours.
